A note to our Racers

Dear Racers,

GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND!

We hope you are as excited as we are for the Vigor 5K on SATURDAY! We hope this race has helped you get motivated to stay in shape this winter and are ready to run in 5 days. With our race quickly approaching we wanted to remind you of a few things. First, there have been a couple of changes to our course and FAQ page. You can quickly read through that and look at our course map by clicking here.

  • PLEASE carpool! Parking is very limited around Wasatch Mountain State Park. Make sure you follow our signs for parking. Parking along the street is PROHIBITED. Also, make sure you arrive early. The parking lot is just under a mile from the start of the race. There will be a shuttle available that can take you to the starting line, or you are also welcome to walk if you would like. You can also help us out by dropping off everyone in your car at the start line and only the driver can take the shuttle. Just know that shuttle or walking will take time. We recommend being to Wasatch Mountain State Park by 8:30.
  • Don't forget to bring your canned food! We are joining with the Christian Center of Park City for a food drive. As a thank you, we will give you a Vigor Utah Car Decal when you bring food to be donated.
  • We strongly recommend picking up your race numbers and shirts during our packet pick up. Packet pick-up will be at Cottonwood Recreation Center on Thursday February 3rd from 4:00-9:00 pm and Friday February 4th from 2:00-5:00 pm. The address is: 7500 South 2700 East Cottonwood Heights, UT. Take I-215 to 6200 South exit (East bound) take your first right on 3000 East (South bound) turn right on Ft Union (Sinclair Gas Station) turn left on 2700 East (South bound) Center is about 1/2 mile on the right side (West). Come on inside. Feel free to bring your canned food with you when you pick up your stuff. If you need to pick up your race bibs on race day, please pick them up at the latest by 9:00 am.
  • Please no dogs on the Wasatch Mountain State Park property.
  • Thanks so much for joining with us for this awesome event! And feel free to email us back with any questions, concerns, or problems.
